Production Facilities

Our plantations have been established in two areas of Queensland, our northern most State, which enjoys a sub-tropical climate, which is so important for the successful growing of the Aloe Vera Barbadensis plant.

The cultivation of our Aloe Vera plants is done in the rich alluvial soils of South Queensland and they are supplied with only with the pure rain water from what the world is calling‚ one of the last sources of pure natural mineral water - -free from the effects of pollution and acid rain.. The plants are fertilised with "nature's bounty" pure natural seaweed fertilisers.

The cold-pressed extraction of the gel and the processing and stabilisation is done in facilities located on the plantations. This ensures optimum efficacy of the extract for use in therapeutic, cosmetic and energy drink product ranges and total quality control of the finished product remains under our control. The quality and efficacy of our extract is fully tested and is second to none in the marked place.

The quality of the juices and the plant mass of the cultivated material depends much on the growth conditions, which through-lived the plants during their different growth cycle. The plant processes all the water and the nutrients and receives it over their sheets and root system in the clear, tasting easily sour gel.

The sensitive and vulnerable nature of the leaf, as soon as it is cut off, has limited the versatility, until in the 50's a method was perfected, with which the extracted gel could to be stabilised, to retain its natural characteristics.
